2. Information We Collect
When you sign up for a demo or contact us through the forms on the site, we collect the details you enter: full name, email address, phone number, company name, organization size, and a message. When using the product itself, authentication is performed against your organization’s Entra ID (Azure AD), and document access is handled directly through SharePoint according to your existing permissions — DocuMeet does not copy or store document content on its own servers. When you contact us through WhatsApp, we may receive information associated with your communication, including your name, phone number, WhatsApp profile information, and the content of messages you send to us.
3. How We Use Information
The contact details you enter are used solely to reach out to you in order to schedule a demo, respond to inquiries, and present information about the product. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. When you contact us through WhatsApp, we use this information to receive, manage, respond to, and follow up on your inquiry. Incoming WhatsApp messages may also generate internal email notifications to authorized members of the DocuMeet team so that we can respond efficiently.
4. Sharing Information
We may share details with trusted service providers that help operate the site and product — used for hosting, email, automation, and business messaging, including Microsoft and Meta/WhatsApp where necessary to provide their services — but only as necessary and subject to confidentiality agreements. DocuMeet does not sell personal information.
5. Data Security
All communication is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. User authentication is handled through Entra ID with SSO and MFA support. Tokens are stored securely per Microsoft recommendations. Document access is governed by existing organizational permissions in SharePoint and Entra ID — with no separate permissions model.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The site may use cookies and similar technologies for ongoing operation, usage analytics, and improving the user experience. You can configure your browser to block cookies, but some features may not function properly.
7. Data Retention
Contact details are retained for the period required to respond to your inquiry and for operational needs, after which they will be deleted or kept in a limited manner in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
